I’ve have been a competitive athlete and personal trainer for over 30 years.
At the age of 45. I was stressed out, burnt out, overweight, and out of shape. I ended up in the hospital with high blood pressure and severe anxiety. I had to change the way I worked out and how long I worked out. So I developed a system to do a full-body workout 30 minutes, 3 days a week. 2 years later, I’m back in shape with the energy to stay up with my granddaughter and new son at the young age of 50.
I want to help other men and women in their 40’s 50’s 60’s and beyond find 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week to exercise who are seeking health and longevity in a safe and time-efficient manner.
The gyms will reopen at 25% on the 18th.
