Chris Ownbey Personal Trainer for men and women 40 and older My name is Chris Ownbey, a 50-year-old fitness enthusiast that has spent the last 30 years helping men and women exercise and keep fit. I help men and women ( 40+) get back into shape in a safe and effective manner.
My programs are 30 minutes long and take place at my clean, private, 1 to 1 fitness studio.
This dedication to keeping fit has culminated in me owning a private studio located in North Dallas and receiving various accolades, notable, is City Voter ranking me as one of Dallas’ Top Personal Trainers in Dallas. My focus, however, has always been on why people avoid exercising as they grow older, and I’ve come up with these three reasons:
